Jack is 6 months!

My baby Jackamo is 1/2 way to a year already! I can't believe it, I already miss him being a newborn. But with 6 months comes lots of fun milestones.
Here are the ones Jack has achieved:

He can sit up!
although I am still a little nervous
leaving him without a soft pillow behind to catch him.

He has started eating baby food!
He has had rice cereal
avocado
banana &
Sweet potatoes
He still has not caught on to how to eat yet though.

He laughs so much!
Mostly at his big brother Max
and when mommy tickles him

He LOVES his daddy and Grandpa!
he will wrap his tiny arms around Mason's neck
and just hug him like that for a bit.
he loves it when either of them sing him pat-o-cake
or itsy bisty spider and help him do the actions.

He can grab and play with things!
he loves to sit on the floor and grab for things
of course he always wants things that are not toys

TV controllers
wrappers
cups
the iPad

He talks!
he babbles and makes the cutest little squeals.

I love this kid sooooo much. He is such a sweet heart and oh my gosh that smile of his gets me every time I just want to scream and squeeze him. He also has the cutest laugh. I love seeing my little guys personality come out more and more. And he is still very much a mommy's boy, he can't stay to long in someone's arms when I am in sight.
And I love it ;)

11 months

Max turned 11 months last Thursday, I can't believe he is going to be 1 year old next month! My little baby is getting so big. He is so sweet and fun. Here are things Max does at 11 months:

-He loves to point, if anyone says "Hi" to him he points at something.

-He loves lights and fans. Whenever he see's one he points and goes "oooo"

-He still loves his bath time. When I start filling up the tub he stands by and screams with joy.

-He loves his daddy and his mommy. He gets so excited when daddy comes home from work he crawls right to him(we are still working on the walking thing although he is a great stander).

-He loves to say "dadada" "daddy" and wine for "mum-mummy"

-He gives the sweetest kisses, big open mouthed. He will even just do it without being asked and lean into me for a kiss, I LOVE it :D.

-He loves music and will bounce his bum to it. He especially loves Incubus, what can I say he is his daddy's son.

-He loves when mommy brushes his teeth and gets excited for it.

-He does the cutest little "ahhhhhh..." when we spin him or when he is playing with his toys.

-He does not like baby food anymore, he wants whatever we are eating or food chopped up for him to feed himself.

-He loves teething biscuits and so do I, they keep him busy for awhile.

-He loves going to Grandma and Grandpas, he loves the dogs and their little kitchen play set. He will sit for awhile opening and shutting the doors and putting things in them.

-He already has a secret hiding spot. In the wooden cradle in his room under his big teddy bear, I found lots of puzzle and train set pieces. I see him go over to it and take things out and look at them then put them back.

I love my little cute bum so much and am so excited to watch him grow and learn more. I feel so lucky to have gotten such a sweet, handsome, cute boy.

Little crawler boy

Max is crawling EVERYWHERE now. He does not like to sit still for long and always goes strait for the computer desk or other things he shouldn't touch. He is so funny and loves to stand up on anything he can hold onto. He also is doing the cutest thing where he wrinkles his nose up and shows his teeth while breathing really fast, It makes me laugh. He also likes to pretend cough so Mason or I say "Oh are you ok!?". He is getting such a little personality and I love seeing it grow more and more.

8 months old

Max is 8 months old today.. 8 MONTHS!

He is so sweet and I love him more then I can say.

Here are things Max does at 8 months:
He claps his hands
Every time he hears music he has to rock back and forth or move his arms
He gives big open mouth kisses
He drinks from a sippy cup
He can kinda crawl( hes working on it)
He can pull himself up to a standing position
He has the cutest looks
He has 4 new top teeth
He is a pro sitter now
He can switch the light switch on and off


Things Max loves:
His baths. He gets so excited when I start running the water and starts splashing right when I put him in.
He loves water and drinking it from any cup I'm drinking from
His daddy. He gets excited anytime he comes into the room.
He likes us to walk him around the house and show him things such as, magnets on the fridge.
He loves to pull them off and try to put them in his mouth or in mommy's mouth while he smiles.

Maximus is 6 months old!

My sweet baby boy is another month older and is the cutest funniest and sweetest baby. He laughs so much and has the cutest faces. Here are some things Max does at 6months:

-He grabs everything, and then puts it in his mouth.
-He babbles a lot
-He does this thing with his tongue like he is chewing it like gum, it is oh so cute.
-He loves his rice cereal and smacks his gums together when I feed him.
-He is so sweet and caresses my arm when I hold him.
-He loves to be held...all the time.
-He plays with toys more.
-He loves the beginning of the show Wonder Pets, like just the part when it shows the logo then when they sing 'The phone, the phone is ringing...' then he loses interest cause he is only 6 months old.
-He loves his farm book I read him every night.
-He has his favourite spots to go to, one is grabbing at the blinds while someone holds him, another is the fridge to try and grab stuff off of it and open it with my help, he also loves the mirrors in our apartment.
-He has to pretend to drink from my glass whenever I take a sip.(video below)
-He has stopped sleeping in his crib, I don't know why but as soon as I bring him into our bed he goes to sleep. So most nights he kicks Mason out of our bed. Hopefully we can change this soon.

King of the world!

Max can sit up! He will still falls back sometimes but for the most part he balances great. I was so excited for this day because he can now play with toys better. I love this little chunker and love watching him learn new things. So enjoy some cute pictures of him sitting up all by himself.

Max's first food

Max had his first taste of food on Friday the 13th. We fed him rice cereal mixed with my breast milk and he loved it. He is such a good eater and opens his mouth as soon as the spoon is near. These pictures are of his second feeding because we just filmed his first one. I cant wait till we get to feed him different things and find out what he likes and doesn't like and see his funny faces. He makes the cutest monkey face(pictures below) with his lips pursed and his cheeks puffed out.
